The City of Burnaby and Burnaby Housing Authority say they are helping deliver 183 purpose-built rental townhomes at 6203 Marine Drive in the South Slope neighbourhood. The project is planned to include 58 two-bedroom and 125 three-bedroom homes. Burnaby Housing Authority will own the homes on land leased long-term from the City. The City says the project is being advanced with support from the Government of Canada, the City and Mosaic Homes.
