HOW URBYN VERIFIES

Accuracy before coverage.

Verified means direct developer or project availability, an official price sheet, disclosure or authoritative dataset. Reported means a reliable industry publication explicitly states the inventory. Estimated is visibly labelled, includes its method, and is kept separate from exact counts.

“Final homes remaining” confirms a signal, not a number. Where the source confirms completed developer-held homes without an exact count, Urbyn shows “Inventory confirmed — exact count unavailable.” Completion alone does not establish unsold inventory. Resales, assignments and homes under construction are excluded.

New observations are added to project history. Earlier dates and source references remain intact, including sold-out observations. Conflicting observations are flagged for review and excluded from headline totals.
